Remove Windows 7 option from start up

Hello

I've dual booted Windows 7 and Windows 8. I'm amazed by its speed.

I need to remove the "Windows 7" option while booting without uninstalling Windows 7.

Is it possible to just remove Windows 7 entry and re-add it later , if needed ? (Want to test actual restart time)

Remove the entry and add it again if you want.
