remove paste shortcut and undo delete from right click

Anyone know how to delete these from the right click manu when on desktop. Ive looked in registry and have tried a few different softwares. I'm having no luck here.

paste shortcut is always there on desktop or in explorer.
undo delete disappears after emptying the recycle bin.

Well maybe forget about the undo delete one. Just saw undo rename so its kinda useful how it switches like that. Still curious about the paste shortcut. utterly useless feature.

The Paste shortcut context menu item can be handy to quickly create shortcuts of any file, folder, or drive. You would first copy one or more file(s), folder(s), or drive(s), then right click on where (desktop, in a folder) you want the shortcut(s) to be created, and click on Paste shortcut.
