Random Kernel data inpage BSOD errors

I have completed Disk Check and System File Checker multiple times, still getting errors. Due to default settings (Write debugging information was set to Kernel memory dump, now I set it to Small memory dump(256 KB)) my Minidump folder was empty. Should I return my laptop to after-sales service? What could possibly be the problem? Is it the hardware or software fault?
P.S. Never used Bluetooth, perhaps that is why it is disabled.
