Question regarding Plex software

So guys, pretty quick question here:

What would be the recommended procedure for ripping all of my physical media (Music CDs, DVDs and BluRays) and sending that content over the network to my Plex Server dedicated PC?

I'm looking to make things as streamlined and automated as possible.
