Question | i want to merge programs with win 8 iso file

Hey there,
I want to make win 8 iso setup with programs pre installed, that after i install win 8 i won’t need to install those programs.
I have search for that option for a long time & i have found somethings[Win8PE or Iso moust] that i don’t know if they’re related for what i want to do.
i know that there is option to do that, please help me
