Solved Problem with hard disk, asking to back up every ten mins

this started about twodays ago and I cant find anything about it. I'm using an assus laptop and have had this popping up every ten to twenty minutes. when i choose to back up it asks me to print off instructions. is there anything I can do?

Yes use a system imaging program to make a complete system backup image - Macrium Reflect Free

And BUY a new hard drive

then use Macrium Reflect Free to restore the system backup image to the new hard drive
