i have received 2 pdf files in a single email.

i have downloaded 2 pdf files from yahoo mail, first individually and then both of them in a single zip file yahoo mail option

however i am unable to open both files in Acrobat reader DC and Foxit Phantom PDF Reader,

i have installed latest version of both pdf readers on my computer

you can see both error message in the attached images

the files are displayed fine in yahoo mail preview.

this is one time problem, as i received another pdf file in email today

and it is displayed fine in both PDF readers

i have tried both IE and Chrome still the same problem

Very likely, the first set was corrupted while in the system, before you got them. You're 2nd set reading just fine led me to "blame the system" and not your computer :)
