Description:
When I close the lid or put the PC to sleep, the screen will turn off, fans will continue to blow, led lights are on and PC gets unresponsive to mouse, keyboard and power button, so the only option I have in order to use my PC is to long-press the power button tu cut the power off. It's a common trouble with no clear answer. Sometimes, just sometimes it gets to sleep if I try when I just turn the PC on and logged in, after a few minutes or tasks it's impossible to sleep the computer.
I've tried:

Problem started after I bought a SSD and install windows on it.

CLUE!!!:
If i run powercfg it says that sleep mode S3, Hybrid, Fast boot and Hibernate is available, but S2 and S3 are not available because "the firmware of the system doesn't allow it" (translated from spanish).
Now, using dumppo on cmd as administrator:
it says:
So, as I read on a website, if that happened (having the min sleep state as S1) that might be the problem, so I changed it to S3 with
After that dumppo said
But after a restart it changed to s1 again.
PD: If I set minsleep=s3 it works!!! But it stills changes after restart. And I would love to know the origin of this problem.
PD2: now minsleep=s3 doesn't work. This problem is kinda random.

I've tried:
- Formatting
- Updating drivers (with the manufacturer drivers, and after the format with Driver Booster 2 with no luck in non of those cases)
- Disabling windows media share
- Disabling hibernate mode
- Many many changes in power options
- Getting RAM and SSD out and back on (deperation)
- Updating Windows
