Do you manually put the laptop to sleep when you are finished for the day? I'm assuming so since it awakes.
OK. Not exactly "bloatware" in a sense, but a 3rd party program that may be conflicting with Windows maintenance so far as sleep is concerned anyway. Did this problem start to occur after you installed Samsung Magician or did you always have it? Not sure?
After rethinking this, let’s put that on the back burner. Are you up to date with updates, especially the last ones last week? Many members were having sleep problems that a particular update fixed for many. It did for me.
