do i understgand this correctly - that Windows Outlook mail does not require being 'connected/ signed onto a browser -( my browser is either aol or chrome) - but to launch Outlook mail i just click on the app on desktop and it launches so i can send mail w/o a browser ?? if that's correct then having this email program as an 'extra' or full time' email program (i also use aol but must first sign-into Chrome) would mean if for some reason i can't connect to the internet i could still send email until things are rectified ? do i have that right ? thanks again !
