i tried that this morning. i need to get the password for my frontier.com outlook express email account in order to get into my email account and verivy my new account so i could start using the new computer. but i have not used the password for my outlook express since i started using it so i have no idea what it is. and when i tried to fine out what it was today when i called frontier tech support, they said it would cost me $80.00 to recover it. when they ask if that was ok, i said no, and they hung up on me. so i don't know what to do. i'll call frontier back tomorrow and try to reset my password to something else, and see if that works. if not, i'm lost.
