Hi,
Just received my new laptop with Windows 8 OS.
I'm trying to open an MP3 I downloaded from a zip file.
Originally, I got an error message every time I opened it, saying that it isn't supported.
I've changed it so Windows Media Player is now the default for MP3's, however, I get the following error message:
Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file.
Do I need to install another player that's compatible with MP3's? Is this a Windows 8 issue?
