Please do the following:

  • Open an admin command prompt
  • Copy/paste "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
  • When it finished reboot your system
  • Open again an admin command prompt
  • Enter sfc/scannow again

If sfc/scannow doesn't say "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation", please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

ok I updated all drivers and i did sfc/scannow twice and said "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation" what I have to do next?

Try to reproduce the bluescreen, if you can't, the problem is gone.

Please wait a few days before marking this thread as solved, in case any bluescreen will come.

Please upload the zip file in the post, not the begin post.

Please fill in your system specs
Please go to this site and download the tool. The tool will give you detailed information about your system specs, please fill in your system specs more completely.

We need these information in your 'My system specs' part so we can easily see them when needed.

Please uninstall the Catalyst Control Center and only install the drivers.

Diagnostic Test

RAM TEST

arrow.png
Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

Note   Note
picture.php

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Note   Note
Please remove Driver Booster 2, programs that claim to update drivers are causing more trouble then good

Remove any driver you have installed with Driver Booster 2 and install the correct drivers (manufacturer, company)

The bluescreen is caused by the USB PnP Sound Device (audio device).
Please check for updates here

ok I ran memtest for 24 hours and I got 9 pass and 0 errors, and after that I uninstalled driver from driver booster and i installed that one you said

Please remove Driver Booster 2 and TweakBit and remove every driver these 2 program have installed and install the drivers from the manufacturer and companies only.

Programs that claim to update drivers are causing more trouble then good with installing corrupted or wrong drivers!

1 of your AMD drivers has been flagged.
If the AMD drivers have been installed via Driver Booster 2 or TweakBit, remove the drivers and install from AMD.

1 of the crashes is a 0x139 kernel security check failure with a parameter 3.
This indicates that a list_entry is corrupted, this means that this is a crash where the cause is hard to track down.
Seeing there are only traces of the windows drivers (which are very rarely the cause) we need to stress the drivers to find the cause.

Diagnostic Test

DRIVER VERIFIER

Please make a backup of your important files and get your rescue media or create one.
Please create a restore point.

Please follow this tutorial to run driver verifier.

Some windows drivers are blamed in a few crashes, but that usually means that a 3rd party driver is actually the cause.
Driver verifier stresses your drivers and will crash your pc if any driver fails due to a violation.

Driver verifier should be performed for a max of 48 hours, or when you have a bluescreen, whatever comes first.

If driver verifier has found a violation and you can't get back into windows normally, try to boot into safe mode and reset in safe mode driver verifier, or in the troubleshooting options open command prompt and type verifier /reset.

Note   Note
Your system will act very sluggishly while driver verifier is enabled, this is normal as your drivers will be being subjected to heavy testing in order to make them crash.
