Need Larger Size of Icons In Explorer

Hello,
First post.
I'm trying to find a way to make icons of images in Explorer larger than the "extra large" option.
I don't see the slider in Win 8 Explorer to do that. Is there something else that could be done to size the icons to what I want them to be?

Hello tangomilo,

If you like, you could turn on the Preview pane and drag it's left border or explorer's borders to make the preview of the selected image larger.

Actually, I need to view multiple icons at a larger size to quickly determine which images (I have hundreds) I will keep and which I will immediately delete.

You could use a 3rd party image viewing program like FastStone Image Viewer to see if that may work better for this for you.

Just tried FastStone Viewer and it only allows a large size of thumbs at 200 x 150.

I guess you could keep trying different image viewing programs, but I don't know if you'll find any with much larger than the Extra Large thumbnails like in explorer. Hopefully someone may know of one.
