need help with sfc /scannow errors

so i just ran sfc /scannow and i got an error and then i look at the log and i don't know whats wrong. NOTE: the file is on mediafire for some reason this website wont allow me to upload the file

Never mind the log for now, what was the error code you received when you tried to run the command.

no it says that some of the corput files were unable to be fix and then told me to look at the log for details sorry i should have sayed that in my starter

In the same elevated command prompt type
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Then do the sfc command again and reboot
