My windows is extremely slow after turned off improbely

You might have to download the ISO and use that to refresh(repair install)How to Create or Download a Windows 8 and 8.1 ISO or you could also use it for running DISM through it to repair system files. See this thread at Windows 10 Forums: How to repair your system files using Dism and Sfc in build 10041 topgundcp can probably help you through it(that's more his world than mine.

I don't know what I did but when i entered the normal mode it is a little bit faster.When I enter the task manager a problem pops up

The stub received bad data.

I would have suggested you to do as shown in this link. However, In step 6, you need the install.wim file and I just found out that the ISO from the download link that Cliff gave above contains the install.esd instead. That means you'll need to convert from .esd to .wim from this link: How To Easily Convert Install.esd To Install.wim

Once you downloaded the ISO and put it in a USB using: Rufus - Create bootable USB . Try to boot from it first then attempt to do a repair. If it does not work then try the link above.
