Solved Multiple/Frequent BSODs - Different error codes reported

Intel Driver Update utility? Yes, I ran that after your first reply and it updated other Intel drivers but not the two you've mentioned above.

Download a new version of AISuite. Apparently they are part of that.

I downloaded AISuite 3, but as its for an Asus system I can't use any of the tools (mine is a Dell), and I still haven't been able to update the 2 drivers you mentioned. I'll keep looking for other options.

I did find that my BIOS was out of date, so I've updated that. First time I tried I hit a BSOD (dump attached). Second time it was successful, but there was a further BSOD later in the evening.

CBS.log also attached, as requested.

I know it was unsuccessful. You can't flash your bios while Driver Verifier is enabled. There appears to be a problem with system file. Could you do a repair install of Windows?

Thanks. I didn't realise that Driver Verifier was enabled (I haven't actively enabled it).

I'm not sure I follow - the second attempt at flashing the bios appeared to work, and when I then ran the s/w a third time it reported that the version was now up to date and could not be updated.

I can attempt a repair install, but it'll be later in the week. I'll report back as soon as I have chance.

Monitor your system in the meantime. If you don't get a BSOD, then you don't have to, but I think that might help.

OK, so I'd had another BSOD this morning, dump files attached.

However - and I'm not sure what planet I've been on for the last week - I eventually found the Watchdog and Flash Boot drivers :)

I've updated Watchdog to the latest version I could find, and deleted the Flash Boot driver, as I'm not using the software.

I've also run sfc again, and no integrity issues were detected.

Just waiting for download of Windows install disc to complete and I'll reboot, check Watchdog status in BIOS and then let things run and keep my fingers crossed.

This is interesting now. Do not reinstall yet. Your latest dump indicates that tcpip.sys has crashed. The most common CAUSE are the network drivers in use and/or a 3rd party antivirus. Check with the System Maker's Support (Motherboard Maker for custom systems), on-line drivers,
and ask in their forum (if any) about known issues. And check with the actual device maker for even newer driver versions or if using a separate network device.

I had a quick look at the network driver before I left home this morning, and it was something like Realtek PCIe Family Controller, but I know my network controller is onboard, and not PCIe.

A quick search shows that the correct driver for my controller is
Realtek RTL8111F Ethernet Controller Driver.

I'm assuming that the driver was incorrectly updated when I first started tackling the BSOD issues and used a third-party Driver Verifier software.

I also noticed recently that other devices connected to my wired LAN are no longer appearing in the Network browser in Windows (they're still accessible via their IP addresses) so I wonder whether this is connected to the driver issue?

I'll update the driver this evening and see if it improves the situation.

Morning! After a few days of stability and multiple reboots without issue, the system BSOD'd again last night :(

This time it was reported as ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY, dump files attached. View attachment 59406

Since last reported issue I've installed Avast 2015 and Kodi (XBMC), but the latter wasn't running at the time of the crash.

Hmm. Not sure why that is; I've just re-run the DM log collector 3 more times, and each time the zip is empty. I've tried disabling Avast to see if that was causing any issues, but still empty. Stumped!

I've attached the dump files using the Seven Forums tool - hope it includes sufficient info? And I've had a further BSOD today since my last update, again ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY while I was out and the system wasn't being used.

OK, will do. Although, I already did a full scan with Malwarebytes when I first reported the issue, and there was nothing found. I'll post the results when completed.

In the time since my last update I've had another BSOD :( All the recent crashes have been when the system has been unattended.

Update: the BSODs continued yesterday morning, but since then none at all. The only difference, the system was idle but not locked (it was locked when last BSODs occurred). Could that make a difference?

Dump files and results of MBAM/HDTune are attached. No malware detected, boot drive has no issues, 1 of my storage drives does have bad sectors and needs replacing, as I mentioned earlier, and the scan of the 2nd storage drive hadn't completed by the time I left home this morning (but I don't have any reason to suspect there are any issues). Could the bad sector issue on the storage drive be at fault, or can that be ruled out?

Most of the recent BSODs have been Attempted Execute of Noexecute Memory, which is different to the legacy BSODs - I don't recall ever seeing that error until the last few days. Is it obvious what is causing the crashes from the dumps provided?

I really want to avoid a reinstall of the OS if possible (how about a repair install first?), but if that's the only option it'll likely be later in the week or at the weekend when I have the time to do so.

Thanks again for your continued assistance, it really is appreciated!

Bad sectors don't matter since they are not on the system drive.
