i've built this Pc in 2013 used it for w few years then my nephew decided to mess it up, i dont know what happend to it. It created it self (or he made it) Two windows 8.1 operating systems, one Volume 2 and one Volume 4. when i click volume 2 which i think is my original OS with all mt files the system just restarts and when i click volume 4 which i did not even make it takes me to a clean os. link is attached of how it looks. please help
