It totally stopped working again, but I rebooted and it's kind off working again. Needs sorting out.

It won't appear if you only have one thing open, except on Desktop view when it'll always appear and show the Start page in the bottom left.

I installed Windows 8 on my daughters computer, it works fine on hers.

I found the fix to be pressing Ctrl+c then the clock will pop up and the charms will too. You will also notice your top left preview starts to work again.
