Well, they're optional and not critical. You can do without them if you want, unless you know or suspect that one or more of them might clear up an issue you might have. So, my advice would be to read them and decide what might affect you; any that do, install them. If you don't know what they're about or can't be bothered to read all the updates, then it's best not to install them, particularly as they're optional and not important enough to warrant Recommended and above status.

I looked them all up first (they cover lots of apparent issues, everything from personalisation to Korean Bluetooth)

Hmmm. KB3022345 'enable tracking diagnostics' ! Guess what. It was the only one to fail to install.
