This is an interesting twist of events. It's interesting because the one thing I did like about metro was because I thought it was a completely new idea. How they used the icons/tiles. But I guess someone is always one step ahead of you. I don't know how much they copied of this company's idea but I feel unless it's exactly the same it's kind ridiculous to say they were copying. I mean think about it, the mac dock was an idea that I believe was thought up before but there was just no execution. They executed it and people think they invented the idea but I'm sure many people have similar ideas. I think it's all a matter of opinions. I hate that microsoft keeps saying a UI is ugly because it creates faux real material. I didn't like how windows achieved the look in 7 because it was not that will done but Mac actually does do a good job of this. Hopefully it all works out, the windows 8 tiles aren't the best but it's using it in a decent way.
