Metro Apps Not Working After Default Drive Change

Hello, I don't know if there's already been a similar problem posted here, but I'm having a problem with my app tiles. It only shows blank squares and they don't work anymore if I click them.

Prior to this, I have change my USER's folder default drive from C: to D:. That is including the 'AppData' Folder.

Is there anyway to make it work again?
