Make my PC Settings icon and "Tools" folder disappear!

I was prepared to go with apps by name until administrative tools popped up after restarting (even though the darn show administrative tools dipswitch is set to OFF) sigh. I toggled it on/off just in case but nope.. theyre stuck in by name view 24/7.

Its the internet after all - i know you had to ask Watching that video now to see what it offers. Its weird because as i look at my 2nd pc right next to the main one (thank god i have two) and compare the files/structures theyre identical yet one, the toggle works and those awful icons disappear, and one it doesnt and im wasting my saturday afternoon and harassing others trying to fix it.

FIXED!!! arghg!!! Under programs I had the Administrative Tools Folder/files/shortcuts. Under Roaming - I did not. I noticed when watching the vidceo and him having both side by side. Sure as rubbish - copying and pasting it from one side of windows over to the other and BAM the toggle switch now hides them again

no CLUE how they disappeared but they did and it caused ALL this headache LOL.

Thank you very much for the posts and attempts to help and time spent etc These forums are really full of great people especially relative to some!
