I know, I know... look it up. Easier said than done.
I've looked, and it may be possible to purchase Lotus Notes / IBM Notes for an individual(??): https://www-112.ibm.com/software/ho...CC=USA&VP=&TACTICS=&S_TACT=&S_CMP=&brand=none
...but it looks more like purchasing a software license in the cloud for one year. So I'm not sure if it's possible to buy IBM Notes. Has anyone tried an individual install without the server? I'm clueless if it runs stand-alone.
It should run as a POP-mail server. That is, I want to use it as an interface for my Yahoo mail accounts.
Microsoft Live Mail for what it does is excellent. The one thing that annoys is when I delete something, the original email is still in Yahoo, giving me double the work to do.
