Lost admin rights and cannot download or install anything

I'm not sure what happened but all of a sudden the only admin account is QBDataServiceUser23, which I understand is from using multi user in QuickBooks. Intuit is the only one that knows the password for QBDataServiceUser23 and I cannot add another account, install anything, do system restore or anything unless I have admin rights. I get a pop up every now and then that says I am logged in as a standard user. I would really like to be able to figure this out without having to reinstall Windows. I have searched and searched on the net but cannot find any info on how to get QBDataServiceUser23 off or how to add a new admin account without needing the password. Anybody have any ideas or suggestions? Thanks.

They have no idea what I am talking about. I went round and round with them. I contacted Microsoft also, who informed me I need to purchase a recovery disc for $120 to reinstall windows. So beyond frustrating!

It would be cheaper if you buy a password recovery software:
Reset Windows Password
which you can turn on and login as Windows Administrator account or reset the standard account back to admin.

Does this actually work? It's a password created from configuring multi user in QuickBooks.
