Hi!
I have a super strange laptop bug that I dont know how to solve for it.

), file was too large so i had to make a youtube video.
Might be hard to see but when i open for example my computer the search bar
(My computer/C etc) starts to pop out agressively, it wont let me click or type unless i click on it and hit backspace to remove some letters.
But then I have a maximum of 3 seconds before it goes back and pops out.
My windows has not been updated for 8 months this happend like 3 month after I updated and i dont have any saves to go back to restore since I cleaned them. So my question is:
1. How can I fix this without updateing windows (Since I believe this is the issuse that caused it)?
My laptop is : Lenovo Y50 70 Price (31 Aug 2019) Specification & Reviews । Lenovo Laptops.
