Is it possible to set Cmd as wallpaper in windows?

Hi all,

Just curious if it possible to set Command prompt as wallpaper/background for any windows.
I don't mind using any specified tools, just wanted to know if its possible or not.

Probably not.

A background {Wallpaper} is an image.

This is perfect for rainmeter. I would suggest this skin for you. You type the command in and it gives the output below. You could set it to not be dragable, and be on the desktop. It didn't work right away for me, but I love the idea, so I will probably get it working in the next couple of days.
