Solved Internet Options "some settings managed by administrator"

Guessing their isn't no solution to bypass this password key and this computer is really defective. What pc hardware do you suggest I get, I read and was told Accer was good? I already have the monitors since I purchase those separately and they seem to work properly so far.

Acer and HP both have good laptops.

Great, is Acer and Hp towers/desktops just as good as their laptops? Big bummer to find out Dell is not as good as it use to be.

I believe so, but be sure to read the reviews on any specific models to see what their experience is with them as well to help make a better decision.
