Internet Control Panel has stopped working

Hi, every time I EXIT IE 11 i get this error "Internet Control Panel has stopped working"

The Error still happens with all addons disabled
It does not happen when the PC is in safe mode

Lot of various info on the web which you may have seen, including resetting IE.

Did you try sfc/scannow ? http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/3047-sfc-scannow-command-run-windows-8-a.html

Yes, sorry i should have posted what i have already tried...
Resetting IE
Repair Internet explorer (Software from tweaking.com)
SFC /SCANNOW
Antivirus scan (multiple programs)

none have worked, this is why i find myself here just in case someone had a similar issue.

May try a System Restore and as a final resort Refresh or Reset.
