Hello
I am at a friend's and brought my old router.
I plug a cable into the top port in the router and run it to my pc and get internet via Comcast. It is my network not the Infinity public one which is available.
I have tried to run my pc wirelessly but cannot figure it out. Her old modem has only one Ethernet port which my cable runs from it to the router as I have said.
Is there a way to run off my battery?
MaybeI could use her pc and ipconfig it to get the gateway and then use that to see what is in the modem as far as keys go. Then disconnect her pc and use that password to allow my pc to run wirelessly -or not?
Thank you
Peter
