Solved Intel Rapid Start and GPT-mode?

Hi

I have tried the recommendations throughout this thread over and over again but I am still getting Intel Rapid Start Technology errors, no BIOS options for RAID or Intel Rapid * Technology, and no Intel Smart Response (Accelerate) functionality. As the problem seems slightly different I have created a new thread including BIOS screenshots and everything I have tried - if you think you might be able to help please have a look at it here:

GPT, AHCI, Win 8.1, IRST Intel Rapid Start: Unknown error occurred
