hello, I have offered to try and get windows 8 back on a computer which has a failed hard drive. I have a new hard drive to put in and I have got the win 8.1.iso on a dvd. I think it will want me to put the PID in, which I cannot do. Someone on here pointed me to a little visual basic script called 'showkey', which I have downloaded,but I have no idea how I am to implement it and cannot find any instructions on web - can you help please?
