Plz I need your help; After installing windows 8.1 on my hp G350,my brightness is unable to adjust.
I have gone through all the blogs,yet still not working!

According to the HP Support Product page for your device, it comes with either Win7 or Win8.1. Which one did yours come with?

I newly bought the system and it came with windows 8.1 pro and I had to install it myself

Did you get the latest drivers as Mark Phelps posted ? Also do you have the latest Windows updates and did you remember to reboot your computer after updating so the registry is reset ? I hope this helps you also ... Download and install drivers - Windows Help
