I can't hear speaker rear in 5.1

Hi

i can't hear sound from speakers rear. I have 5.1 configuration.



I try click in Speaker configuratio and all speakers works correctly


Also i can't set off audio improvement



I try unisnstall Real Tek audio drivers.

Also i try to reinstall old and new drivers.

I have DTS Audio control panel



When i try to test with click on any speaker there isn't sound

In some game ad application there aren't audio at all.

When i set improvment with ambient check i hear all speakers, but in this case in some game and application the sound is off and can't hear anything

Disable DTS. See if this fixes the problem.

How can i disable dts (there isn't in program install/uninstall)

I try to uninstall (reboot) and install newest driver realtek (and reboot), but the problem remain

When i try to uninstall the real tek drivers dts disappears, but when i reinstall drivers dts it's again in notification area

Check the startup (msconfig) and see it is there. That is an enhancement to the basic sound (Realtek).

This may not be the problem, but one item to consider.

If I read correctly, it works properly when testing? That means the program(s) are where the problem is.

Yes But in DTS the test clicking on speaker doesn't works.



Now i install another pannel control test works correct



But when i enable sound effect the test on control panel doesn't works; and in some game there aren't sound at all.

When i enable sound effect with ambient set on generic the sound of windows works on all speakers 5.1.

DTS is a software enhancement to the PC sound (Realtek in your case). If Realtek works OK, but DTS does not, the problem is in DTS.

I do not have any information on DTS configuration. Either DTS is not compatible or there is a configuration issue.

Now Real tek panel is working, but problem still.

How i explain before
