Hyper-V guest XP not accessible from host or other network PC

Maybe I am not understanding your question. What I am referring to as Remote Desktop is the one in the
Windows Accessories folder. I am wondering what settins??? When I use it I just launch it and enter address of the remote computer.

When you open Remote Desktop, click on the little down-facing arrow at the bottom next to the words, Show Options.

Yes, I am aware of that and select option(s) I want. What option do you want me to pick?. By the way there is no issue of resolution during RDT session.

Okay, I may have misunderstood you, then, and for that I apologize. Hyper-V has limitations on desktop resolution when you're using the Hyper-V Virtual Machine Connection. I've always just used remote desktop to connect to VMs I've needed for anything other than a lab environment. I'm sorry if I can't be of any more assistance.

I previously asked if the sluggish movement of object being dragged on XP VM desktop can be remedied. It is not smooth as if the display adapter driver is not properly installed. But it appears that this is one of the limitations of Hyper-V.

Thank you so very much for your continued follow-ups. I have learned a lot from you about Hyper-V beyond what are covered by the tutorial.
