D depwoowoo New Member Messages 2 Feb 12, 2016 #1 HP pavilion originally purchased with Windows 8, updated to Windows 10. Windows update was done, said 100% done, do not shut down. After many hours owner shut down computer and now it is stuck in Please Wait. Any suggestions?
