How to move all data/program from .old after refresh Win 8

Help me. My laptop running Windows 8 OS and involuntarily I choose refresh windows in settings -> general , and once complete refresh all the data is lost , and the remainder in Windows.old, means that all the data in that folder as the program files , user , and everything is back again how? Please help. Because some applications already installed could not be opened because (name).dll missing, damaged and others. The other thing , too, such as MS Office is lost , when the activation should be run again and essentially all back as the beginning of the factory .

Typically, your data files will be saved in the Windows.old folder and can be recovered, but your programs, such as Office, will have to be re-installed from the original media (CD, DVD, etc.) *

* If you had made a backup of your C: drive, when all was working OK, all you'd have to do is a quick Restore, to be back in business.
Thus the benefit of doing regular backups. I suggest doing backups at least once a week, or after any major addition to your computer, like after installing Microsoft Office.

Option 13 will restore user files from Windows.old, not programs though. SFC SCANNOW and DISM RESTOREHEALTH - Repair Corrupt Files
