Using Win 8.1 Pro
I have been using Clonezilla on a bootable USB, to clone my HD.
I have heard that Windows can make an ISO of the current system, and programs installed . . .
and you can put that on a flash drive, making it bootable, using Rufus . . .
. . . Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way . . . https://rufus.akeo.ie/
so if something happens to the HD, just put in another HD of the same size or larger, and restore your OS to it . . .
Any idea where it explains how to do this?
All I see in Control Panel is "File History" backup, and I don't think that does the whole OS, just Libraries, and files that are there, which is an organizational system that I do not use.
