How to Download and Install .net framework 3.5.1 externally

I am sure you must be getting quite a headache from no actual solution to your dilemma however, you either will have to download it from windows update if you enable it manually through the windows features option

or

you will have to download it manually from a friends computer so that you will always have a copy if you format and reload and get caught in the same position again. Sorry but the source files are not included in the OS so you will have to find a way to download it.

Finally I got The answer!

But it also took me efforts. i also downloaded 1..NET Framework 4.5 (50mb), .NET Framework 3.5 (197mb),
.NET Framework 2.0 (286mb). BUT OF NO USE.

better just not make you people upset. here is the solution.

1.search for cmd in start menu.

2.run is as administrator.

3.once opened, type this "dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /Source:H:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess" (without the quotes). (above the letter "G" is the drive letter in which you've inserted you win8 disc
or mounted the image, change it according to that)

4.Press ENTER, it will show the installation progress and after that you are ready to ROCK. THANKYOU
