Solved how to control gpu fan in windows 8

I just bought a new GPU, AMD HD Radeon 6790 and installed the driver in windows 8...so far so good. Now in the CCC there is no option to control the fan speed any more. So how do I adjust the fan speed and also how do I OC it now?
