Do you want to make a recovery media? This is where you would make a copy of your windows installation files into a bootable media. It's useful in case you want to reinstall windows. Create installation media for Windows 8.1 - Windows Help You mention you have a tablet, so it does not have a CD/DVD drive. Because it lacks one I recommend creating a bootable USB Drive instead. If you still prefer to create a disc media over USB device you will need to buy an external DVD drive.
