Solved Help! Windows Update progress is stuck.

For two days my Windows Update progress has been stuck ay the installing stage and I can't get back to the 'check for updates' window but can for 'Update history'.

Is there a simple way to correct this 'freeze'?

Hold down the Power switch for 10 seconds or until your computer shuts down. Press the power to restart and all should be okay when restart finishes.
