Help disabling need for admin password

If you are downloading metro apps make sure you are logged into a Microsoft Account to avoid any issues that may occur.
Are you on a Administrator or a standard user account? If you are on a administrator account, you can try following the steps on this guide http://www.eightforums.com/system-s...e-windows-8-understand-you-administrator.html.
If you are using a Standard Account you may be be secured by Family Safety which has web filtering enabled. This may be the issue not allowing you to download files without a admin password. To remove this you can follow this tutorial on Family Safety
