Solved HDD always running on 100%
Hello
I recently had a problem with my old Seagate Barracuda 2TB being really, really slow. I checked the Task manager and it kept running at 100% with no drops. I figured the Harddrive was ruined and bought a new un-used Seagate Barracuda 2TB. I then did a clean install of Windows 8 because it was the only thing i had laying around and the problem is still there. Moving a small file takes way longer than it should and the new disk is also running at 100% all the time. I have checked the "resource monitor (Directly Translated)" And ive seen that the System tab is moving up to 13 000 000 bytes of data every second. and I belive this is the cause of the problem but i have no idea of how to solve it.
Any help would be appriciated. Thank you

It seems you are having multiple disks according to one of your screenshots.
Btw, you can also just insert the links via the image tags
Diagnostics Test

If you'd like we could try several things, but this problem has some causes including a failing motherboard if I'm not mistaking.

I don't think there is another way to test the motherboard then replacing it.
Unfortunately, I am not really an expert with these kind of problems. There are several things to try, but I know just a few of them.

I am not sure if you have tried this and if it helps, but it might be worth it trying
Diagnostics Test
System File Check
Please try following:
Open an admin command prompt
Copy/paste "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
When it finished reboot your system
Open again an admin command prompt
Enter sfc/scannow again
If sfc/scannow does NOT say "
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation ", please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.
