Has tooken over my vista dell desk top only can get into f12 reboot.reboot blocked

Try to press the Windows key + r and when the box comes up type cmd then press enter and then in the command prompt type in shutdown /r /t 5 and press enter that will reboot your computer in 5 seconds, If you want to shutdown the computer change the /r to /s​.

If you want to click buttons instead type shutdown /i

So will this get me to desktop for i can remove this groove sync and were do i go in computer once in. Do i need to go innetworking and delete locale network
