There's really no need to manually create the All Tasks folder since the download in the tutorial for it contains all the default options that you could remove anything you don't want from it. Plus, the download version has icons for the subfolders where manually wouldn't by default unless you changed the folder icons one by one.

It has instructions on how to set up the toolbar. I just didn't include any on moving the toolbar on the taskbar since when you do, it leaves a bit of the first subfolder showing to the right of the "All Tasks" text on the taskbar no matter if it was completely condensed before locking the taskbar.

I like to pick the few that I use frequently and then rename them - rather than these long winded names. I put them into a subfolder of my toolbar and they have served me well. I also included a shortcut of All Tasks, but hardly ever use that. If you try to cramp too much into the folder, you have a hard time finding anything - at least that is my experience.
