Explorer.exe crash/Bluetooth problem/BSOD - general use

So explorer.exe has been crashing once in a while after I reboot my PC from a sleep state. I tried troubleshooting it myself but to no avail. There is also a windows error in event viewer.

Problems:

Explorer.exe Freeze/hangs indefinitely, cannot restart/end task via task manager via ctr+shift+esc, or ctrl+alt+del.
Task manager may not even open at times.

Session "Ara Trace Session" failed to start with the following error 0xC0000022

Attempted Solution:

sfc /scannow

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

I've have refreshed my PC before but this has done nothing.

I do have Classic Shell installed, but I don't think it would be the problem.
Also, I do not want to reformat/refresh again if it is avoidable.
And when I mean by force shutdown I mean holding the power button for 5s+
Any advice tip or instructions to troubleshooting this is greatly appreciated so thank you in advance!

[update -20014.10.25]

Have done memtest86+, have done another round of sfc /scannow and DISM RestoreHealth.
Have recently gotten a BSOD with DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION
Bluetooth has stopped working as required.
Mouse will not connect to the PC, mouse cannot be uninstalled.

Given that sleep is basically suspend to RAM, my first step would be to get a copy of memtest86+ and let it run overnight. You shouldn't get any errors, though you can probably ignore it if you only get the odd error here and there. If you're getting a never-ending stream of errors, you've found at least A problem. It may not necessarily be THE problem you're having, but it is a strong candidate.

I do not know if this helps but mine did the exact same thing when I tested Windows 10. On 8 mine is ok though.

Thanks, I'll get back to this thread as soon as I can get the memtest86 running.

I've ran memtest86+, no errors there. 4 passes

A few more issues has come up though.
After a windows update, I came across a BSOD with DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION.
And now my bluetooth mouse or driver is not working properly. (I cannot remove it either)
It was working fine prior the watchdog bsod.
Everytime I troubleshoot windows update, there is always some error to it.

Also still getting the Session "Ara Trace Session" failed to start with the following error 0xC0000022

I really do not want to restore/reformat windows 8 if it is avoidable.
