Error 0xc000021a unsolvable?!?!?!

Go to command prompt and run sfc /scannow

It says "There is a system repair pending which requires reboot to complete. Restart windows and run sfc again."

Clearly I can't restart windows without the BSOD. And to make matters worse, I can't opt myself into the repair Centre as mashing the f8 key does absolutely nothing.

SFC /SCANNOW /OFFBOOTDIR=C:\ /OFFWINDIR=C:\Windows

Neutral, let's see the end result. If it says it found corrupt files, re-run the command (3-4 times). If it says sth like: No integrity violation have been found. Then you're OK and don't have to run it again.
PS: It's late here in Croatia, so if I don't respond within 10 minutes of your post, I have gone to bed and will reply in the morning.

Darn it. Try this: chkdsk /r

Unfortunately no, but I can go purchase some now. But of what use will they be if my only computer is inaccessible?

Yes I will happily refresh. Just need to get my hands on a windows 8 iso I assume? I shall buy a flashdrive now.

It would be nice if you could get a blank DVD or a USB drive just in case we need W8.iso
I'm sorry we have to resort to this, but the issue is very complex as you can see and without a boot disk...

So I finally get my hands on a Bootable flashdisk only to get the error
"There was a problem refreshing your PC. No changes were made."

My brain hurts :/
