So after building a new computer, i had the problem of win8 drivers with the new mobo... So i bought a new
win7 install disk(it was cheaper and i want to try 7) And now when i try to install the win7 with the disc, it tells me that the disk has a mbr partition table and that windows can only be installed to gbt and edi or something.(ask for details if needed) and i have no idea how do i make that hard drive a gbt hard drive instead of mbr. So im asking for help here. So i can't access windows but i can access my linux (i have the dualboot) So any of you know how to format and make a gbt instead of mbr with like a usb stick? I think there is a way but im asking here just to be sure. Also if someone could tell me that why is this error happening to me because i had win8 running on that hard drive. And before that i had windows vista. thanks!
