Dual Boot on pre-installed windows 8

I need to run a Carestream driver for RVG 6500, a dental imaging sensor, and install an intra-oral camera by Runyes. I am currently using Windows 8.1 that came pre-installed on my HP Ultrabook, and even though I like the operating system, it does not install the applications I mentioned above

I would really appreciate if someone could help me resolve this issue.

Things I have Already Tried in Vain​

1. PC Settings>Updates and Recovery>Recovery>Advanced Startup>Advanced Settings>Enable Unsigned Drivers
2. Oracle Virtual Machine: The wireless network adapter for the RVG 6500 system cannot be configured in the virtual machine as it fails to provide the appropriate network drivers
3. Dual boot with Windows Vista: Fails to read the hard drive for installation and does not install on portable drive
